Dior Private Event

Was invited to attend the Dior Preview Private Event last evening. It was fun and love the new colours. It was an exclusive private preview of Dior Addict High Colour Collections. Invited guests were served refreshments and canapes, as well as, receive the fantastic door gifts. There was the make-up demonstration by Siti, the make-up artist from Dior at the event. Ladies can learn tricks and tips on the art of make-up. Fashionably yours love the magic of make-up.




Fashionably yours love the Dior Addict High Colour so much that I bought the lipstick. The lipstick colour was chosen by Siti, the make-up artist. She is very nice and give valuable advise and helping me to chooose a nice colour to suit my skin tone, lifestyle and to match my eye shadow colours which fashionably yours wear most of the time.

More Lion Dance Performance

Was at Centrepoint just and saw lion dance performance, so watched it. I enjoy watching lion dance performance. Very fun. Here goes the pictures.

1st day back to work after CNY holidays

Today is fashionably yours first day back to work after the CNY holidays. Still in CNY mood and not many colleagues are back to work today. Some of them are still on leave and will only be back to work next week. Nevertheless had lots of fun this morning watching the lion dance performance at my company. It was very fun.

In keeping with the Lunar New Year mood, our company is having a ‘Best Dressed in Red’ competition for employees who turned up wearing red today. Thus my colleague has submitted my photos for the competition. They are going to hot-sell fashionably yours in the contest to gather more votes for me. Looks like more fun is in the air here.....so exciting. I am sporting so anything goes for me. Anyway just for fun, it doesn't matter if I win or lose.

Third day of CNY & also 3rd day of the year of the Ox

Today is the third day of CNY and fashionably yours is off today to continue to enjoy the CNY. Still in CNY mood. Over enjoying myself with my families and love ones. It is nice to catch up with each other over good food and yummy CNY cookies with lots of laughters. Still have visitors coming over to our place for visiting today and we also did some more visitings today.

After our visitings are done, fashionably yours chill out at my favourite hangout. Yes, at Holland Village. Love the place.

Just now I just came to know that there was a naked couple who paraded along Lorong Mambong at Holland Village last Saturday night at about 2300 hour. It was a caucasian man with her Singaporean woman, believed to be in their 20s. Both were arrested an hour later by police and now are out on police bail while investigations are being carried out. Fashionably yours really loves her naked body too but will never display her naked body in public. However I don't mind to do it at the naked beach in Europe. It is against the law to be seen naked in the public in Singapore. If anyone found naked in the public in Singapore, can be fined up to SGD2,o00 or jail up to 3 months or both. Actually I was telling myself how come I was not at Holland Village last Saturday night to witness this naked scene. I missed it. I was busy preparing for CNY.

Glad fashionably yours has time to chill out now after all the visitings and meet the relatives session. Will be munching on more BBQ pork and pineapple tarts, as well as down with some beer and wine.

CNY Celebrations

Fashionably yours is so busy on the 1st and 2nd day of CNY. OMG ! my place is madness with so many guests coming non-stop and full house. It is like a party at home for us. Lots of eating, merry making and laughters. Lots of catching up with each other. It is fun and enjoyable. Great that most of us are doing GREAT, despite the bad economy. Thank God for that. Of course I play host to my guests and relatives, serving and entertaining them.

Our family also has lots of visitings to do on the 2nd day of CNY. Visited my uncles and aunties and again lots of eating, eating, eating, drinking, drinking, drinking and laughters. Enjoyed my meet-the-relatives sessions. Lots of merry making. Fashionably yours loves eating the pineapple tarts, kuen pangkat, kueh lapis and the CNY goodies. Had a sumptumous dinner at my 2nd uncle house just now. Wide spread of food but fahsionably yours forgot to take pictures because was enjoying the delicious and yummy foodie of home made fresh fish, duck, mee siam and nice soup. At the same time was so engrossed in our conversation with my aunties, uncles and cousins. Lots of yak yak yak yak......never ending things to talk.

Going for a beer now and enjoy the CNY holiday. Tomorrow some more visitings to do and also to receive some more visitors at home......it is like this when you have big family.
