Lunch at Shokudo and shoppings

Had lunch with G-san and Lemon-san at Shokudo at Heeren just now. It was not crowded at all.  We had the set lunch at SGD4.80 per set before GST.  It was so-so only.

After we had our lunch, Lemon-san and G-san bought each a cup bubble tea. As fashionably yours is not a fan of bubble tea, so I skipped.  Three of us proceed to John Little sales and fashionably yours bought my toiletries enjoying 20% discount for cardmembers.  Very crowded but Lemon-san helped me to quene up first while I went to grab my stuff.  G-san bought two hand towels.  I wanted to buy the mouth rinse but the cashier cannot scan for me as they have some problems with the scanners, so I will go back to buy tomorrow.  Hoping the quene will not be so long tomorrow.

Thereafter G-san and Lemon-san went back to office while I make my way  to the Pharmacy to check it out my eye drops price out of curiosity but they do not carry this eye drops.  Fashionably yours has my eye blood vessel burst so I went to consult my company doctor in the morning after my colleagues persuaded me to see the doctor. I also don't know why my eye blood vessels can burst. It is abit red and straining, so the doctor advised me not to rub my eyes and gave me the eye drops Optovisc which I diligently apply.  The doctor said to be patience to give myself 2 weeks at least to recover.  I only discovered my eye blood vessel burst when I was applying my eye make up in the morning.  Sigh.....

It is such a blessing to work in town because we can eat at restaurants during lunch hour and shopping during lunch hour.  So it is like work, lunch, tea and shoppings.  Work cum leisure...very nice.  I also had bought a nice green blouse at New Look@313 Somerset at a steal of SGD3.70 while I was just passing by the store on my way back to office after lunch.  

It has a sudden downpour this afternoon and the weather is so cooling now.  Luckily the rain has stopped and I am making my way out of the office to home sweet home to rest my eyes soon.

Streets Come Alive

A few weeks ago, fashionably yours walked past Heeren and saw this streets come alive performance.  It was interesting.

Chilled out at Spinelli at The Heeren during lunch time with Lemon-san and Keat-san just now. We chatted lots of things under the sun. It was lovely chilling out with them. I had the black coffee, while Lemon-san and Keat-san had the ice latte spin.

Fountain at The Heeren

It was a very busy day for fashionably yours at work today. At this hour, I am still in the office working hard because it is fashionably yours peak period and it is the year-end. Fashionably yours have to do the billion dollars budgeting and costing for my whole group. Nothing can escape fashionably yours x-ray eyes. It is gonna be a challenging one but it will reflect my challenger spirit. Fashionably yours do feel a sense of satisfaction now and then. Life should not be just mundane but challenging.

Fashionably yours motto is I work hard, I play hard and I party hard.

Time for me to knock off soon and have a Carlsberg soon. Fashionably yours cannot resist a good beer. Cheers :)

On a side note, I am looking forward to my long vacation after the budgeting and costing are done at work. Before the nice and long vacation, it is hard work at work before enjoyment comes......I am crossing my finger that my Mr Big will be able to fulfill what he told me the other time. Looking forward to our vacation together and hoping for the best. (I think only bestie know what I am talking about....shall keep the rest of you in suspense. Will blog about it if my Mr Big fulfill it).

My New Pair of Heels

I bought a new pair of heels again during lunch time just now. As I was walking, the bottom part of my current pair of golden colour heels gave way, so I have no choice but to buy a new pair. I walked into the shoe shop at Heeren and bought it off the shelf and wear it immediately.

I brought my current pair of golden colour heels to the cobbler on my way back to the office. He mended it for me by applying some glue on it and charged me SGD2.00. Quite expensive but I see my current pair of golden colour heels is still in good conditions except the glue came off so it gives way on the bottom. I bought this pair of golden colour heels for about 2 months ago and it gives way now. I think I bought a few pair of heels and shoes of late......still thinking to buy my havania except waiting for them to call me when new stocks arrived.

So today is 1st July 2008 - 1st day of July and I bought a new pair of heels.
