Classiclicious Herbal Chicken Soup For The Soul

It is the weekend. Hurray ! After a long hard week of work, finally it is time for most of us to rest, play, make merry, recharge and nourish ourselves. Yours truly boiled Classiclicious Herbal Chicken Soup For The Soul on Saturday......wow....wee.....
Sharing the recipes and steps with everyone here.

Bought the Tonic Chicken Soup Herbs from medical hall
The 7 types of herbs
Bought a packet of Wingsticks from the supermarket
Wash and soak the herbs in the slow cooker for 15 minutes.
This is to facilitate for better absorption of the herbs into the water.

Wash and peel away the chicken wingstick's skin

(so that the soup is not so oily and healthy)

Start to boil the herbs after 15 minutes

Slow cook for 2.5 hours.

After 2.5 hours, add in the chicken wingsticks
Slow cook for another 30 minutes

Ready to serve after 3 hours of slow cooking

Just add in some light soya sauce and pepper
